It's Memorial Day 2012, This is my year to get healthy..... On Jan. 3 , 2012 I started eating clean, no sugar no starch. I am happy to say in 5 months I have lost 42 lbs and 28 inches. And to top it off I have been eating chocolate almost everyday! No not my fav m&m's or three musketeer bars. I have been really researching benefits of healthy chocolate and found this great recipe. Thanks to www.littlechoicesmatter.com Here is my simple version will post more options for recipe later.
Healthy Chocolate
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (Organic)
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
4 drops of french vanilla stevia
Mix altogether is small bowl, it will be syrupy in summer and thicker in winter due to coconut oil.
You can dip fresh fruit into it, toss walnuts or pecans, or pour into ice cube tray and put in frig for 15 mins. and you will have little candies. This is one serving.... you can eat every day
Enjoy!

Organic Brownies actually yummy
Just baked a batch of Arrowhead Mills Organic Brownies. I was not expecting anything special but they are actually really tasty and moist. They contain no preservatives and use organic chocolate, there are pieces of organic chocolate chips in the mix too. Each serving contains 4 grams of fiber and 150 calories. I will definately buy again. I purchased this box at 99 cent store, so it was a real bargain.
